The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a wide bath. The hotel is conveniently located near the Haram, with easy access to taxis and public transport. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Saleem and Mustafa, were extremely helpful and accommodating. They allowed early check-in, storage of luggage, and provided assistance with various needs.
Not one thing.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel close to the center of town, this hotel is a great choice. The staff is helpful and the basic amenities are all there. Plus, you're only a short walk from Bin Laden mosque and the markets. The breakfast is also good.
All was fine, nothing negative to mention.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It is located close to several popular attractions, such as a famous mosque and local markets. Our room was excellent, with modern and comfortable furnishings. the bathroom was immaculate, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. the breakfast selection was varied, with several delicious options to choose from. On top of that, the hotel also offered a shuttle service, which allowed us to easily explore the area.
One minor downside we noticed was the steep uphill climb to reach certain points in the area, which could be challenging for any guests with mobility issues.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impressive and it had all the facilities I needed such as a fridge and a hair dryer. The attitude of the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location and close to shops and eateries. It was easy to find transportation to the nearby attraction. Staff were accommodating and available to help with any queries or requests. The rooms were adequately equipped with toiletries and tea/coffee-making facilities.
Slightly uphill walk and limited shuttle service. The uphill climb to the attraction was a bit of a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Haram, and it was a great experience. The taxi drop point was conveniently close to the hotel, making it easy to reach Haram. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of tissue paper and hand wash liquid provided by the hotel, I found the overall value for money to be excellent. The availability of taxis to Haram was another perk, with costs ranging from 10 to 20 SAR depending on the time of Salah. Although there were no nearby restaurants or baqalas, the hotel itself was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and reasonable prices. I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms that lack a shower cubicle. The location is fantastic, with the hotel being close to the markets and the center of the city.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.
